something is wrong with my windows 10/ graphic card (software)

hey every1 i have a major problem with both my windows 10 and graphic card. I cannot update to creators edition of windows 10 at all, during the install it will hard freeze. Also certain games will hard freeze my computer and i cant even install the latest radeon 7850 drivers and it will also hard freeze. my windows is activated with no problems but i just cant update to latest windows 10 at all. also why does it say that my license belongs to microsoft? i did a reset option with my windows dvd to keep my files but reinstall windows and im still stuck.

Get the mediacreation tool and get the ISO then either use rufus or a dvd to make it bootable

i already have a bootable dvd . the problem is why does the update to 1709 keep hard freezing? also my graphic card hard freezes too right when it gets to " installing amd display driver" including flash games on browsers. but look at the picture i attached. is Microsoft controlling my windows? whys it licensed to microsoft. type " winver" in the search and see what yours says

The dvd is a lower version/build tho. The mediacreation tool is a later build

i originally had windows 7 pirated then updated to windows 10 back when windows 10 came out and i realized right when the creators update came out, my computer just couldnt install it and went in a hard freeze loop. my graphic card too hard freezes on some games and cant install to latest driver
