Question Something is wrong

hey um recently my motherboard was corrupted, i got a new one of the same model, but somehow my monitor screen is blurry plus my FPS on games is low, mouse sensitivity isn't normal, What i think: it was tested on a different monitor and mouse, did my pc save them? if so, then how do i remove?
