OK.
Please help me with this one.

I got my PC about 2 years ago and I have a problem since then:
My PC randomly starts hanging up and everything stops working. Small things like switching to another program (which is already opened) either takes as long as usual or it takes up to 2 minutes (this means it is extremely random which programs are when effected). When I try to restart my computer it takes up to 5 minutes until this small window appears, which lets me choose, whether to restart or completely shutdown the system. Once I made it into this small window pop-up, I click on restart to restart my computer. And then it may take 5 minutes or more until I'm released from the "restarting" message and my PC shutsdown and then starts again.

Ok this was a mess but I call these random appearances of making my PC hang up "lag attack". Those lag attacks appear random. Completely random.
i.e:
I want to open the file explorer and suddenly it takes my computer 30 seconds or more. After that my browser shows "not responding" and then I try to open the task manager and that takes a few minutes as well, killing my entire taskbar for a few minutes. Then a pop-up appears prompting me to kill the task Microsoft Windows. I wait a few minutes until this prompt disappears. Everything still ceases to work. Programs randomly seem to work fine for a few minutes until they cease to work again. This repeats every 1-2 minutes until I restart my computer.

My browser interupted me 4 times, by not responding, since I started writing this thread.

(Ok sorry for the terrible english skills but I really need help with this one)

What are my PC specs?
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 2400MHz CL16
GPU: NVidia GeForce RTX 2060
SSD: 2x 500GB Samsung 850 Evo (non-raid)
HDD: 2TB Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM008
(ok my browser interupted me the 5th time by now)
CPU cooler: be quiet! Pure Rock (temperatures are below 75°C in every workload tested thus far)
(6th interuption)
PSU: be quiet! Pure Power 9 700W
Mainboard: ASUS PRIME B350-PLUS

What have I tried to fix this?
-Changed hard drives/SSDs
-Reinstalled Windows 5 times
-Upgraded my GPU from 1050Ti to RTX 2060 (not really with the target to fix this but it's still worth to be mentioned; so that a GPU error can be excluded)
-Updated the BIOS
-Reset BIOS to defaults etc.
-Also tested other RAM but only for 1 day, so I can't tell whether or not the memory is the issue
-Ran built-in Windows memory test. One error was found, but I ran several tests since then and nothing was found since then.
-I also update my GPU driver instantly, once a new one is released.
(7th interuption btw)
-I also completely wiped my GPU driver with DDU 2 times and reinstalled it.

I need to fix this sh*t as fast as possible, because it drives me crazy.
I think the cause is either my mainboard or my RAM.
But I don't get rid of the feeling, that my CPU/Mainboard is kinda incompatible with something from the software side.
(8th interuption)

So ... that's it .. I don't know what to do anymore. I hand the problem over to you guys. Please help xd.

Thanks in advance for making it through this terrible english.

If you have any questions, ask them. I do basically anything to fix this sh*t.

Did you built this computer yourself ?

First red flag - you got a warning for possible bad RAM. I'm not familiar to MS variant of memory test, so I would like you to get Memtest86+ (also included in Ultimate Bboot CD) and run a new memory test (from boot that is, not dependent on Windows at all).

You should run the test for an extended period of tine, like overnight so that it is more likely to actually detect failure to RAM if that is.

Yes, I built the computer myself.
And I will do the memtest86 run over night.
