[SOLVED] Something on the back flashes when I flip the PSU switch ON, what is it? (VIDEO)

Hello everyone,
Can you please help out in this situation, I am too worried if something is going wrong...

I have Z490 Aorus Elite and after flipping PSU's switch to OFF and after sometime switching it back to ON something in the motherboard flashes instantly, it is clearly shown in the video below:

Is it dangerous or everything is okay?
