Something suddenly changed

Sorry if i added the thread to the wrong category. Anyways, I started my computer this morning and i noticed a beeping sound. I checked online to see what does it mean and it was a dram error.
I changed it's voltage and the no more beeping(1.250 to 1.200) after this everything started slowing down.A big drop in fps in games, even the icons on the desktop take around 1 second to highlight.
I checked for malware with adwcleaner, bitdefender, malwarebytes and eveything is clean. I rollbacked my computer with system restore to 5 days before and the problem still presists.
Please help me.

the cpu cooler is just fine. i can see it running and is fitted as it should be, i checked.
