Something to do with Isdone.dll

Hey guys!!
I recently downloaded R.G. Mechanics GTA V from net and tried to install it. It took loads of time but when it came to 93.2 %, it stopped showing an ISdone.dll error.
The mistake from my part was this that i didn't see what was written in the error window. So can someone direct me to the problems that might occur.
My system specs are Intel core-2-quad @2.33GHz, 4Gb ddr3 ram, Amd Radeon hd 7730 1GDR3.
One thing which i noticed was that the ram usage was constantly spiking upto even 91%. Can the problem be due to this?
Can running the installation in SAFE MODE fix the problem?

PS - I want to play this game bad!!! Please help me!!!
