Something very weird just happend

Hello everyone
So i just started my pc and on my desktop there is a jpg image on my pc of 2 guys at the time of writing this it said the picture was created 12 minutes ago. This is fucking weird can anyone tell me whats going on am i being hacked?

Get your PC off the internet. Remove the ethernet cable or network adapter. On a laptop slide the airplane switch to off.

On a different PC download a BOOTABLE antivirus: https://www.geckoandfly.com/10007/complete-list-of-9-free-standalone-antivirus-scanner/ and run it.

Ok i already scanned my pc with avast and malwarebytes and nothing came up. Also since the picture came up nothing has happend no other files were added or removed but thanks for the anwser. Anyway next time something like this happens i will remove the ethernet cable I still find it weird why nothing else has happend since the picture came up on my desktop since usally hackers change passwords and such but no passwords have been changed
