Something (virus probably) taking up RAM

Ok, for the past week my computer has been slowing down. I got to task manager, and saw that RAM was 3.5Gb/4Gb full. I looked on the processes tab, and if you add it all up, it wouldn't even take 1Gb RAM. However, i already checked with Mbam and it didnt find any viruses. What do i do?

Ok, i got to resource manager, turns out a process called svchost.exe (netscvs) is taking up 1Gb RAM, is it a virus? (It didnt show on the processes tab)

If it's located in your Windows\System folder or Wow64 folder, it's ok. If it's anywhere else, it's bad.
