Question Something weird happens when I try to load BIOS on my new built PC

When I load up my computer It shows a screen with the TUF gaming logo and how to enter BIOS (F2 or delete). When I press either of those it sends me into a screen when I click any keys including the bios access keys it keeps adding a message over and over again "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key_"

My computer is a

Cooler Master -MasterBox Lite 5 case,
TUF x570-plus gaming (wi-fi) motherboard,
MSI Gaming GeForce GTX 1660 Dual GPU,
Ryzen 7 2700x 8 core CPU,
Vengeance 2x8 GB RGB RAM, and the
AMD stock wraith prism cooler.
Razer Cynosa Chroma keyboard,
MSI Interceptor DS B1 mouse.
