Something weird

I was playing FSX and (to be exact) was parked at the gate after landing. I pressed <shift> f to request fuel and it said that I was number 1 and the truck was coming. Then all of a sudden my system, reboot itself. I got the message if I wanted to start windows in safe mode, normal mode ect. My wife said it happened when she was on facebook on my computer (I thought she pressed the wrong button). Before today, everything had been fine. I've only had my system up and running since the end of April. My system temps hover in the 20's. What could possibly be wrong?

EVGA x58 A1 mobo
Xigmatek Dark Knight S1283 heatsink
SATA LG DVD-RW 22x
SATA II WD Black 1TB HDD
SATA II WD Velociraptor (all drivers and OS)
Auzentech XFI Forte sound card
Logitech Z5500 5.1 speakers
Sapphire 4890 (factory overclocked to 901mhz)
6Gb (3x2GB) GSKILL ddr3-1600 (timings are slightly off. They should be at 8-8-8-21 but they are showing 11-11-11-21. Voltage is at 1.6v)

What kind of PSU?

Yea, check the power suppy voltages if you can or know how. If the PSU is old or defective its possible that could be giving you some issues. Make sure (im sure you have if you built the system, and it WOULD be correct if you bought it) that the CPU and all your other hardware dont require more power than you're PSU can provide. Just brainstorming.

Oops, forgot to put the PSU that I have in the original post. Everything was fine until later on, when I changed the timings and voltage for the RAM but I changed this weeks ago. My mobo was undervolting the RAM and my ram was showing as ddr3-1033 not 1600. The timings were off also. The weird thing also, is that I changed the timings to 8-8-8-21 (CL8) and voltage from 1.55 to 1.5v. On post, it showed ddr3-1066 but my system changed the timings to 11-11-11-21. When I changed the voltage, my system reset itself (and did it's usual load and one post bleep and loaded normallyt to Vista) when I exited the BIOS screen. Was this normal (reset and it seemed like it shut itself off and on).
