2- after i unplug the cable of power supply and take photo then i return the cable to power supply
3- the pc won't start ( keep looping over and over )
4- cuz this is happen to me b4 i remove one Ram ( 8Gb ) and start the pc ( work fine ) ( with one ram 8gb )
5- after the windows started i use to open havy game for 2min and turn of the pc
6- plug the messing ram ( the removed one) to the pc again and the pc work fine

___
this story happens to me b4 the strange thing is after i use the ram 8Gb instead of 16Go the pc work fun ( no loop ) but after a while i return the ram again to the pc and the pc work fine too

my question why this is happen ? why when i unplug the cable from the power supply and return it this is happen
one ram block the pc and causing the loop but after a while that same ram work fine if i return it inside the pc

Are you overclocking or adjusting timings or voltages? Have you tried resetting the CMOS? Is the memory fully compatible with your motherboard?

Your 300W power supply may be insufficient to support all your components under full load.
1-Are you overclocking or adjusting timings or voltages? ==== no im not overclocking or adjysting timing or voltages
2-Have you tried resetting the CMOS? ====before i did that i work with only one ram ( 8gb) but after resetting the CMOS i return the other ram its work fine
3-Is the memory fully compatible with your motherboard? ==== yes normally the Pc work fine in heavy games

if you could check the bios battery to see if you have 3 volts on and if system is old get a ew one for the cost of it and change only when you have new one on hand .
Yes 3volts and the system is new ( 1year old ) how ever i will change it ,, you mean the the bios battery its the main reason of this ,,, but why its happen only with that ram? same Ram( X ),, when pc enter the loop i reset the battery bios ,, then the pc boot normaly with one ram (Y),, and after a while of using pc (10min maybe) i plug the Ram ( X) again to the pc ,,, and the pc work normaly with the two ramx X and Y

your ram mixmatch is a big issue they dont even run at same speed on the fastest jedec the also dont use the same voltage they might run with 9-9-9-24-33 toghether but it is not fully certifird so best for you is to get one similar to the dim one or get a new dual set of ram .

but is that will solv the problem or just make Rams work together ..?
