[SOLVED] Something wrong about my pc

as the tittle says... my big brother just give his pc to me.every time i play game always got stuck 20-28 fps for some reason. even tho i change the setting form high to low and change the resolution always get the same fps

GTA V 21-28 fps (low)
Nier automata 18-30 fps (low)
Sekiro shadows die twice 15- 24 fps (low)

spec
i3 550 (no overclock)
gtx afox 1050 2gb (no overclock)
ddr3 8GB 1200
BULDOZER MOTHERBOARD h55 1156

can someone help me or explain to me what really happen

So idk if this is helpful at all but it might be worth posting;
Gta V used to do this for me if i anytime during boot, or while playing tabbed out of the game and back in. it seemed to be something about memory leaks. It always worked better if i just booted and didn’t tab out. This leak issue was not for all games either just gta v and some few select others.

Well, i would say those components are just that slow. I've been playing on r9 380 with FX 6300 and 16gb ddr3 and would get 50 fps on medium settings, and those components are more expensive than yours, so there is probably nothing wrong with ur PC. It's just a lil bit slow...

If you want to play games at 60+ FPS at medium to high settings, you have to buy a brand new one. But if Anywhere near 30-40 FPS at medium to high settings would work, you only need to upgrade that one.
