hi replaced cpu,trying to reinstall windows 7ultm,getting to point where it shows agreement ,and that's it,it restarts,returns back to beginning ,+BOOTMGR IS MISSING cannot solve any of it,please help,



think just keeps restarting,one and one and one, cant understand.....please help

Are you using disc or USB to install the OS? What's the boot order set to in the BIOS? Full system specs could help as well.
