Something wrong with my gpu

I was playing witcher 3 with my gpu on max usage and the temp around 70*c (about an hour) but suddenly both of my screen lost signal (second screen was just on the desktop screen) i check the wires but nothing so i clicked the power button and both screen turned on with everything as it was is there anything wrong with my gpu?.

you may have been using the card so hard that the thermal profile for safty turned the gpu chip off for safty. if it was not a thermal profile issue it may have been a power issue from the power supply. if one of the rails dropped below atx spec your gp and rig will lock up or shut down.
