I have been facing this problem for a few weeks now and finally found out what was causing it but not sure why it's happening.
I am using 16gb (2x 8gb)
While playing WoW, my memory seems to cap out and i get intermittent freezes. If you look at the resource monitor, it doesnt even add up to 14gb ram usage ( i'm not sure if this is how you should calculate).
On boot, the memory usage is only at about 2gb , first launch of wow and obs while streaming its around 9-10GB but .. after a while it shoots up to capped at 14-15+ GB
Is there something wrong ? Or do i just need more ram?
