Question Something wrong with my workplace computer

Hello,

i have a strange problem at my workplace computer sometimes when i turn computer on the screen goes on and off in an 2 sec interval.
When i reset it a couple of times that normalizes.

But i still get artifacts when watching preview movies on internet, you tube.

Do you have any idea whats the problem please help me..

full system spec? include make and model of the psu?
contact your office IT support?

If you get caught monkeying around on your computer you might get fired so why don’t you take it to the IT professionals in your company. There is no better solution don’t touch anything
