something wrong with pc

so, i have a budget pc. specs:
x4 860k @3.7GHz
gtx 750ti
8gb ram
my problem is that my gpu hits 95 degrees on overwatch with everything turned down the minimum and i only get 10-40 fps. Even though im quite sure i should be able to run it. Any help would be great

What case/cooling fans do you have?

You have a weak CPU and weak GPU so if playing on 1080p is going to play at low FPS.

i understand it's weak. I have 2 fans. One on front and back. Also, on bare minimum on overwatch these parts should definetely get more frames
unsure on case

What is resolution you are playing on?

Are the fans 120mm or larger, or tiny little 80mm ones?

120 i believe. 1080p. I tried 720p and it's still just as bad
