Something wrong with PC

My screen keeps glitching out and sometimes when my pc is booting it freezes and won’t boot
I have an AMD RX 580 Armor 8gb
With a B250M Motherboard my pc hits 90c sometimes and idk if thats normal

The high temperature is an issue I think.

However, you need to do some additional troubleshooting.

Try Reliabilty History and Event Viewer. Look for error codes and/or warnings just before or at the time of the freezes.
