Somethings a little off...

I find this video( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p_aGAGnWod8 ) to be miss-leading, it shows CS:GO and other games to have around the 150-200 fps mark with a GTX 970 and i5-4690k, when I'm sitting here with barely 60, and sometimes it dips really hard. Any feedback to fix this or upgrades to my rig would be VERY appreciated, thanks!

There's more that plays into framrate than just your graphics card. If you can give a list of the components in your rig, we might be able to pinpoint a bottleneck or determine that it's not a hardware issue and instead, a software issue.

GTX 970
i5-4690k
HDD caviar white
MSI gaming 5
G.skill Ripjaw (8GB)
EVGA bronze edition power supply
