Two of my case cables (I think power button and another in that group) are a little stripped. The very outer bit of the plastic insulation is a bit stripped. The cables are still insulated from what I saw (it's literally the very outer edge). I only saw this when I was preparing to close up so I didn't know if they started like that or if it happened while building as my case slid about a bit and it's possible it caught the cables doing so.

I really don't want to have to everything to another case, so, leave alone or electrical tape time?

EDIT: It's probably minor, but my OCD kicks off over these things :(
 
Solution
A small bit of tape to ensure no grounding should do the trick and is what I would recommend for your peace of mind. Seriously, it makes sense to make sure you don't fry anything and it will certainly not harm anything.
