Hi,
I bought a PC last year and today I decided to upgrade my CPU cooler. I took a Cooler Master Hyper T4 and one standard 120mm case fan. For the installation I had to unscrew my motherboard. After the installation, I plugged my new CPU cooler into the old 4 pin connector and the new case fan also to 4 pin connector with SYSTFAN written on it.
I turned on my PC and everything was running fine for 10 minutes and then the PC just lost power and shut down. After two seconds it turned itself on again and after a second or two, went down again. It was repeating that until I plugged it out of electricity.
I opened it again and i tightened all the connectors and screws on the motherboard and now everything seems to be ok again... but it isn't.
My Microsoft Office stopped working. I tried reinstalling it, but it won't let me. Every time I try to install it, it says: "Something went wrong." and shows error code 30015-11.
I don't know about other programs, this is what I found until now.. I have really no idea what could be the problem, but I worry that maybe some bad connection did something to my motherboard. I'm really not an expert, does someone know what might be the problem?
Thanks a lot in advance!
PC Configuration:
- Processor: Intel i7 - 4790
- Motherboard: MS-B85M-E45
- Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
- RAM: 12GB
- Memory: SSD + HDD
