Question Sometimes, 7-9 times month GTA 5 freeze for a sec. Is this normal?

I do not need to get help for this, but is this freeze normally?
Ram usage is 75%
Cpu is 80% max
Hard disk is 45%
Gpu is 55%
While in the game.
My specs: GTX 950 OC Asus 2 GB: 245 mb free while in the game, I5 2.8 ghz 6402p, 8 GB DDR4. Graphics are on high. 50-60 fps in a public session, closed friend session 58-60 fps, Singleplayer only 60 vsync on.

In the last week it freezes only 1 time just for a sec without crash or something... very very rare. but it's playable 100%.. Sometimes my antivirus scan and my hdd go in 80%, should i reinstall antivirus in ssd?
