Sometimes can't connect to a Router

All the devices in our house can only sometimes get internet from the router. It will connect to the router but it's limited. Like right now my computer's internet works great but my phone connection is limited. This morning my phone's internet was working perfectly. There are other devices connected to this router that do the same thing, sometimes they are limited and sometimes not. Is there maybe a ip address conflict? If so how do I fix it? Or maybe it's the router channel? I've tried everything I know. Any ideas?

Try rebooting the router (unplug from mains, wait 15 seconds then plug it back in).

I have tried that several times. Could it be interference from other WiFi in the area?
