(sometimes)mobo beeping and (other times) gfx problem

1long 3short beeps, happens 1 time out of 10 on boot, starts fine thou, and fps in games is normal.

Seems unrelated to the beeping, as it happens at different boots.. but also 1 times out of 10 on boot, the gfx card outputs no video (i checked that HDMI cable is not loose), hard reset fixes this immediately thou :s

Computer is brand new, and assembled by a reputable company - its really far from me, so i would like some idea about what the problem could be, before trying to mailing/replace parts, as i wont be able to use my pc for a while.

Can someone help pls

Ryzen 7 1700x
DDR4-2400 16GB Cosair Vengance RAM
GTX 1070
PSU Corsair TX750M 750W 80+ Gold

1 long 3 short are graphics related. I'd try updating the board's BIOS, if newer version available, or reinstalling the graphics card / reconnecting the power cables, both ends. If all these failing, it's worth testing different power supply and graphics card.

I´m not saying you´r wrong, but if it was one of these things, wouldn't it beep every time i booted? As i said it´s only 1 out of like 10 boots it beeps.
