Looks like you have multiple drivers installed and that might be causing this conflict. When your mouse disconnects, keep it plugged in and connect a different mouse to do the following (or keyboard if you are patient enough) Go into device manager and click "show hidden devices" under the view tab. Under Human Interface Devices (or HID) uninstall all greyed out devices. Do the same under USB devices.
It could also be the power management issue. In device manager right-click on each of the USB devices listed and click properties. Click on the power management tab and uncheck all boxes. Do the same under HID devices.
