Sometimes my monitor gets no signal

Sometimes when I watch a movie or something on youtube my monitor shuts down and I get a message "hdmi no signal". This didn't happened once while gaming, only while watching something. The cpu and gpu temperatures are good so I don't know what is the issue. Btw when I get that message and my monitor turns black I can hear a strange noise inside my pc witch is not normal. Please help

try to find whre that noise comes fom there could be something in a fan or one of them is falling also did you check your temp in system when this happens .

How to check the temperature when the screen is black and I can't do a thing after it ?

use hwinfo on is sensor page and made a log of it then when system black out you will have a log to read on the start up of it .
