Question Sometimes my PC screen freezes when I open chrome, games, and videos

I recently built a new computer and sometimes when I open full screen games and videos or when I have a lot of chrome tabs open my screen goes one colour that seems to be an average colour of whatever is on my screen. I even got a new PSU, but that didn't fix it.

Graphics Drivers - Radeon Software Adrenaline 19.1.1
CPU - AMD Ryzen 3 2200G, 3.5GHz
Graphics Card - Radeon RX 580
Motherboard - Gigabyte B450M DS3H
RAM - 1X8GB DDR4 3GHz
PSU - Seasonic S12II 620W 80plus Bronze

Try this at first.1.Go into bios and check if your ram is on XMP mode.2.Go to virtual memory and set your OS drive to "system managed".3.Update adobe flash.

Ok, so I switched a setting in BIOS called "Extreme Memory Profile(X.M.P.)" from "Disabled" to "Profile 1". My virtual memory was already set to "System Managed". I also updated flash, but my problem is still happening. Is there anything else you would suggest?
