Hi, its been 2 years since I built this PC, a compatibility issue unlikely because i have used it for 2 years already without problems until now.

Specs:
Mobo: MSI X570 Gaming Plus
RAM: 32GB
CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X
GPU: RX 6600,.

On the mobo there is a fan that operates soundless, its just at the beginning we press the start button on the case, that fan makes a sound for about 2 sec, and back silent. Then the screen comes on and the PC will boot to Windows. All good.

But sometimes when i press start, the fan on mobo start spinning fast and not stopping, the screen is black and the PC does not boot to Windows. When that happens I have no choice but to do a hard reset.

Has anyone got a solution for me ?

Have you updated BIOS to latest one?
Do you have latest chipset drivers - https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/x570

Fan on board is the chipset fan, I have one myself.

it can depend on a bios setting but it shouldn't change randomly at startup - https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?threads/x570-gaming-plus-chipset-fan-not-running.321925/
i never consider that,,i'll try, thanks for giving an option..i have done it and well as first i see my bios ver 2021, i update into newest ver, and the problem is gone beside my booting process being much smooth,,didnt know bios has this kind of impact
