Question Sometimes nothing happens when I press power button

Hiya
The last days when I turn off the computer and I turn it on again, nothing happens. I press the power supply and it is completely dead.
After unplugging the cable a few times and switching on/off on power supply it will start again.
I went back and looked behind the computer when it was off and all the lights were off. I think the network cards normally will have lights, right?
I wonder if my PSU could be breaking?
It is very warm here, but the temps seems ok in the computer from what I can see.

• 1600W Corsair AXi Series AX1600i, Full Modular, 80 PLUS Titanium, SLI/CrossFire, Single Rail, 133.3A, 140mm Fan, ATX PSU

Any ideas?
Should I get a new PSU?

I did increase the memory speed a few weeks ago to 3400MHz (they are 3600). They used to be set to much lower speed by the BIOS. But I would not think that nothing would happen if I press the power button.

I checked on the back on the case and the lights were on for the network card even though I could not start. I unplugged and waited a bit but could then start.
