Hi
I just wanted to say that my pc sometimes shuts down itself (writing this i notice lag/latency probably because i'm running valley benchmark). I don't think it has nothing to do with heat. I was randomly using Chrome with like 30 tabs open and boom! it lost power. All I had to do is press the power button and 10 sec later i'm back in and nothing weird whatsoever . This happened yesterday too, it happens like 3 or 5 times a week.

My PSU is Corsair AX860 860W 80 Plus Platinum, I tried to to rma it like 6 months ago but due to personal things i had no time. I'm not sure what to do (i cant rma it since the 2years waranty is over, because the psu was like bzzzz bzzzz bzz bzbzz zb it was very annoying but after months having it, that noise kinda fade away)
Do you recomend me to get a new psu, if yes, which one? (good quality for a decent price please, i'm tight right now) (this one i bought it november/2014 for nearly 200€)

Thank you very much
Thank you very much

How modern is your electrical system in your home?

Coil whine isn't uncommon and its also not unusual for it to go away.

Usually if a PSU drops off like that it is for good.
I want to say you're experiencing power fluctuations that are causing problems.

When you turn on heavy electric devices like maybe an electric dryer, large fan, etc... do your lights flicker or dim?
