Question sometimes the psu work but no image exported

hi, im currently using saga 550w psu, its all good til this morning, the fan of the psu is running at max speed and the screen still black even tho i've turned it on for a couple of minutes
i think the problem is the psu, but anyone can tell me what part of it not working normally ? i know its old but i only have that much budget...
my specs:
psu saga 550w
b75-d3v mainboard
xeon e3 1230v2
4gb of 1333mhz and 4gb of 1600mhz Ram
rx 470 graphics card
128gb ssd and 230gb hdd

Can you get into the BIOS?
Try booting with the 230gb HDD disconnected.

If the HDD is faulty it could prevent the computer from booting. Disconnecting it is something quick and easy to try.

Have you cleared the CMOS?
Have you tried booting with only 1 stick of RAM?

You could try booting with your video card to the 2nd x16 slot.

Sounds like the problem may be a failing power supply.

I don't think you can get around swapping out the PSU at this point. That is an ancient PSU; unless FSP's brought back the old line, these were made something like 15 years ago and weren't particularly good at the time either.

Unfortunately, you can't really get a definite diagnosis without swapping out parts.

Unfortunately, the conclusion doesn't change based on the budget! It sucks, but swapping out the PSU is necessary whether you have $1 to your name or a billion dollars. The best advice I can give is to buy a new PSU from a retail outlet with a good return policy if it doesn't fix the issue.

Weird, I've never come across that Antec model before and it doesn't seem to be sold outside India. I wouldn't guess it's an amazing one, but possibly acceptable if the budget can't stretch for something like a Corsair CX 550. You're not running a 470 and a 570 are you? That last sentence confuses me.
