I'm having a weird problem that I don't mind having, but assuming there's a possibility that my easy fix doesn't work forever, then this could become a major problem.

As the title suggests, sometimes when booting up my PC for the day, my PC will get to the final stage before Windows is shown, and say "Starting diagnostic repair..." or something similar, and then Windows 10 Diagnostic repair will be on screen. If I click shut down, and then start up again, my PC seems to run fine.

I have literally no idea what could cause this as my bootup through bios looks no different when this situation happens. Also this happens maybe 20-25% of the time.
