Sometimes when my computer shuts down a error window will pop up for a second and my computers shuts off.

I did a bit research myself and got to the even viewer, but I wasn't sure which event was causing the pop up event 41 or 6008. Can going into the bios be the cause of this. The pop up during shut down doesn't show up too often but i would say once a month. Could it be that I have too many things plugged onto my surge protector.

This happen once in a while and I only see the pop up window when my computer is being shut down. I have no idea what it is and would like some help. A picture is down below.
