Sometimes WiFi on my iPad is slower than on laptop

Sometimes when i use iPad, i barely can open any page within 1 minute. While on laptop i can easily browse internet. Both laptop and iPad connected to the same network. Router belong to hotel. Also, about speed, i've used an app on iPad that's simulates ps4/Xbox controller for PC, and i've noticed a huge delay between my PC and iPad.
