Question sometimes windows not see all ram

hi,i have some wierd problem,builded mine new pc and noticed from time to time my windows do not see all ram installed.i have 2x8gb ram in system and sometimes see only one stick of 8,also when thet happening i enter in aida and aida can detect both sticks.i tested ram for faults and find none.anyone have idea whats goin on?only fix till now is to restart pc untill system reconize both rams.
motherboard is arous b450pro,ram 2x8gb Kingston HyperX KHX3200C16D4/8GX,win 10 pro

Does the Bios see the correct RAM amount?

also tried to restart pc 10 times to see if windows will see one stick of 8 gb,every time was 16gb,problem seems only when powering on pc from turned off state

now showing 16,but randomlly when power on pc shows 8,when i go to AIDA when windows shows 8gb aida shows both rams present like this

Other than ram running at 2400mhz (instead of 3200mhz), it seems fine.
You should go into BIOS and enable A-XMP.

There could be a variety of problems. If this doesn't fix it, then something is wrong with your BIOS or RAM.

Go into CMD as an admin, and type the following command:

sfc /SCANNOW

Did you swap the RAM slots to see?
