So my issue began a few weeks ago, my you-tube videos will occasionally just not load and I will get a load error and if I were to refresh them it would just freeze the page. Sometimes the videos just wont load and I have to back out and re click the tab until it will load. Also when browsing steam workshop the slide shows will only display black images and I'm not able to click through them.
I cleared the browser cache and it only works for about a minute before going on to the next mod I would be looking at. I've done multiple speed tests through google and my ISP and all results found were good. I'm on an Ethernet connection and I have zero issues with anything else internet-wise. Games and voice calls no issue, but when it comes to streaming video or playing them it just simply wont work ?
