Sone to Dba for fans

I was wondering what the conversion is between sone and Dba. I'm looking at some case fans and was wondering about the noise level. Here's the one I'm looking at:

It has a noise level of "0.3 sone". Another I'm looking at has the same CFM but is 22.5 Dba at max. Here it is:

So what I'm asking is, is .3 Sone louder or quieter than than 22.5 Dba? Thanks!

0.3 sone is 22.5 dBA, so they are the same.
