Use a .wav file, but your phone doesn't have nearly enough memory
to hold an entire song, even if you delete all the other ring tones.

You need to record your song into .wav format.

30 seconds max.

8Khz, 8 bit, sampling format

Use my_JAL along with USB cable available at any Nextel store to upload.
