[SOLVED] Sonic Radar stuck on?

today sonic radar turned itself on. i have never installed it before to my knowledge but here it is. it doesnt show up in my apps and i cant see a process to kill even. im on a z390 e gaming. what can i try?

My thought is that you accidently hit a key combination and toggled Sonic Radar on:

You should be able to toggle it off.
