SonicWALL TZ105w Dual WAN Failover AND Load balance

Is there a way to set up a Dual WAN Failover AND Load Balance?

We have a customer who wants to have his VOIP phones on one ISP and his internet on the other ISP. They both need to be live at the same time, but failover to each other if either goes down. Is this possible?

I’m assuming that the phones and the computers each need to have static IP addresses and the SonicWALL needs to have IP ranges set up for each WAN port?

I am not familiar with the tz105w, in fact i just Googled it and no hit.

However, if the "tz105w" indeed has 2 WAN ports jacks, then it maybe doable. Read the manual yet?


If the Sonicwall can't do it, am 99% sure a Cisco$$$ box(es) can. Haven't kept up with them for a while so am not able to give you a part number.
