Question Sony 6.2 DDW5000 making my FPS 24p??

Hey guys
Have just purchased a cheap 75" 4k Veon tv here in nz. (SRO754K2018) & having a few issues with choppy fps.
Im running ps4 (Original) through my Sony DDW5000 Receiver and It states on the sony website that the receiver is 1080/24P
Does that mean its limiting my ps4 to 24 fps?? even though the ps4 is rated for 60fps?

Tv is a 60HZ 4k with no game mode or motion settings (el cheapo)

Some TVs require you to set "enhanced" or "4k" mode for certain inputs. Check the menu for something along those lines. Also, try a different HDMI cable.

Nah man, nothing like that... I can access the service menu but its all giberish, if I google a setting it comes up with nothing so obvious a chinese service menu
