Sony Bravia TV problem connecting with PC -Win 7(x64)

My display is a 32 inch Sony Bravia TV (Model R41C)

I don't know what its native resolution is but the moment it starts, it says HDMI 1080i
So i guess it supports 1920x1080 resolution. However, when i connect it to my prebuilt Dell Inspiron 620s desktop via a standard HDMI cable, it automatically sets itself to 1360x768 (Not 1366x768). Surprisingly, when i went into the display screen to manually set the resolution to 1366x768, i found no option as such. However, i could select 1920x1080 but the moment i did that, everything on the display became small and kinda blurry. So i changed it back to normal (1360x768). Any ideas what went wrong? Does my TV not support 1080p? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Solution
Standard HDMI Cable - This is a cable designed to handle 720p/1080i resolutions.

For 1080p you should use High Speed HDMI Cable. This is a cable designed to handle 1080p and 4K resolutions.
