Sony External Hardisk HD-SP1/GC2 is not working on windows 10

HI

Recently I bought a Sony External hardisk HD-SP1/GC2.. at first it didnt work on mac so i formatted as Mac OS Extended (journaled).. and then i copied 300 gb of data and im trying to connect it to windows now it is not detecting on windows how could I get my data without formatting ?? on windows .. and the specified hardisk doesnt suport windows 10 (read in google) is that true??

The drive should work on Windows 10 no problem as long as it's formatted on a Windows PC (any Windows version).
