Sony HandyCam HDR-CX280 - Support

Hello hope you're well, I have done some research for the past 3 days yet still have not been able to find any relevant accessories.

I have an important event to film within the next few weeks, its a wedding for my brothers friend. I have had the HandyCam for quite some time and have purchased tripod, but I wish to purchase some additional accessories, in particular video lights.

Is it possible to use both the tripod and video lights along with the handycam?

I can see both tripod and video lights require some sort of ISO Shoe Adapter and/or Auto-Lock Accessory Shoe Adapter?

If that's the case then I will need to purchase the following accessory:-

Mounting Bracket for a Cameras

But it looks like the mounting bracket only has 1 of those screw attachment sorry but I'm still a noob with all these different terms.

Would it be possible to have both tripod and video lights attached to my handycam?

Can someone please shine some light, I'm totally confused and really need to buy some accessories asap.
