One thing that really irked me when going from the PS3 to the PS4 was having to forcibly buy an annual PSN membership to play with friends online. While the PS3 is still free to play online, few of my peeps ever play theirs anymore. There have been a few cool games this year for free for PS+ members, but they are few and far between. Not like it used to be in years past.

In any event, the PS4 is still a hot seller and there will be a lot of them under the Christmas tree this year.
