Sony, Pioneer or Asus DVD-ROM

How do you guys feel about these DVD-ROM? I'm about to buy the Sony, but want to hear some feedback.

The Pioneers have had some very good reviews. I'm not sure about the Asus' and Sonys though, as they don't seem to be as popular.
