If no "f" key is listed on the post screen to enter the bios, then use the "del" key or hit the "pause" key to stop at the post screen if you want to write down your bios version. I strongly recommend you never flash a bios with an oem board. It's too expensive to replace if you have a bad flash. And as far as I know, only some gigabyte boards had special advanced bios features. For other brands, what you see is what you get.
