Sony Vaio not powering up

Hi

I have a Sony VAIO laptop. I kept the laptop for sleep mode before i went for lunch. Now when I try to turn it on it doesn't wake up. I kept long pressing the power button. But no use. It is not powering up

It was using Windows 10

Please help me in resolving this

Yes the charger is connected and i kept pressing the power button for 30 seconds only the power light is on

As shown in the above tutorial I can't remove my battery
