Sony Vaio using 100% CPU

I bought a Sony Vaio laptop about a year ago.
Lately It's been overheating so badly that I had to cut holes in the bottom of it to give it better aeration when needed. XD
But before it would go through weird spikes. Doing nothing but browsing the web. It'd be using like 0-5% cpu. Whenever I'd use my mouse it'd spike to 40-60% XD. So I'm like okay .... I'll cut some holes in it.
Today it's been acting really strange so I checked Task Manager again. It's using 100% CPU just sitting there. Check the screenshots. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?? Is sony trying to burn my computer so I have to get a new one!? XD

P.S. I know you guys are mostly custom computer guys but maybe you still know something about this.
