Sony vaio vga graphics driver download

Hello, i need vga graphics driver for my laptop sony vaio VPCCW16FFA for windows 7 ultimate 32 bit..In order to run battle realms winter of the wolf. Everytime i open that game it always pop up the error message "Could not find supported display mode"....so plz help me...because i want to play that game to this laptop and i join it over the LAN.
